I love the BSOD. Why? Because it’s a constant reminder of what not to do when developing software. There should always be a default action/screen/user experience when something goes wrong - even horribly wrong - instead of simply going AWOL. For example, when my iPhone crashes (yes, it does crash), it simply goes back to the home screen.
