The real way to disable Adobe Updater from your Mac OS X
To remove Adobe Updater, type these commands in a Terminal window:
cd ~/Library/LaunchAgentslaunchctl remove `basename com.adobe.ARM.* .plist`rm com.adobe.ARM.*
