Del.icio.us 2.0
Delicious 2.0 launched yesterday, but thanks to the great Firefox plugin, I rarely visit to the site. I never would’ve know the site was updated if I hadn’t read my feeds.

Broke my only pair of glasses this morning, so I needed something to make me laugh. This is old-ish, but still funny; it made me laugh. Brawndo. Enjoy.

Twitter, as applied to business (aka 37 Signal's Backpack Journal)
A lot of people don’t get Twitter. A lot. They ask me why I love it, use it, and why I tweet so much. I think it’s one of those things that you have to do in earnest in order to appreciate, but I think this screenshot of 37 Signal’s Backpack Journal is a great illustration of the Twitter principle, as applied to business.
What if you could see what everyone was doing, without having to ask? Exactly.

Before my sons were born, I used to enjoy mountain biking. On mountains. My wife and I, with our friends, would go to the world championships and watch the pros in awe. If you’ve ever been to a trail, then you’ll appreciate how awesome this ride is by Sam Hill.
I won’t spoil the surprise ending, but it’s hard to communicate how insanely amazing this ride is unless you’ve tried to do it yourself.
And oh, my 5-year old just learned to ride his bike, so it’s looking like we’ll get back to the mountain soon. Excellent.

Disable SnapShot previews on all sites
Holy crap, SnapShots is amazingly annoying, and despite my repeated attempts to turn it off “for all sites”, it always manages to revive itself.
Here’s one strategy for permanently blocking SnapShots using AdBlock Plus.
